English translation
Every judgment of conviction for the crime stipulated in Article 48 of this Law shall entail the removal of the convicted person from his position or the forfeiture of his membership, together with deprivation of the right to hold public office and to be appointed or nominated for membership of any representative body, unless he has been rehabilitated.

كل حكم بالإدانة في الجريمة المنصوص عليها في المادة ٤٨ من هذا القانون يستوجب
عزل المحكوم عليه من وظيفته أو اسقاط عضويته مع حرمانه من تولي الوظائف
