English translation
The aforementioned Law No. (35) of 2002 is repealed. Decisions currently in force shall continue to apply insofar as they do not conflict with the provisions of this Law, pending issuance of the Executive Regulations.

يلغى القانون رقم (٣٥) لسنة ٢٠٠٢ المشار إليه، ويستمر العمل بالقرارات المعمول
