English translation
Neither the criminal action nor the punishment imposed for the offences provided for in this Law shall lapse by the passage of time, and the provisions of Articles )81( or )82( of the Penal Code may not be applied in respect of these offences.

لا تســقط بــمضي المــدة الدعــوى الجزائيــة أو العقوبــة المحكــوم بهــا في الجرائــم المنصــوص
عليهــا في هــذا القانــون، ولا يجــوز تطبيــق أحــكام المادتين أو مــن قانــون
