English translation
All data and information relating to the work of the Authority shall be confidential and may not be disclosed except with the Authority’s approval or pursuant to an order of the judge. The data and information of licensed persons and persons dealing in the securities market shall also enjoy the protection prescribed for personal and confidential data, and may not be disclosed except in the circumstances permitted by law or pursuant to an order of the judge.

تتمتع كل البيانات والمعلومات المتعلقة بعمل الهيئة بالسرية، ولا يجوز الكشف عنها
إلا بموافقة الهيئة أو بموجب أمر من القاضي.
كما تتمتع بيانات ومعلومات الأشخاص المرخص لهم والمتعاملين في سوق الأوراق
المالية بالحماية المقررة للبيانات الشخصية والسرية، ولا يجوز الكشف عنها إلا في
