Article 149 of Capital Markets Authority Law

The Authority may exchange information and documents relating to violations in securities matters between the Authority and similar entities and authorities in other countries, according to the Authority's assessment in each individual case and the requirements of the public interest, provided that the principle of reciprocity is applied. The Authority shall have the power to sign memoranda of understanding with similar entities and authorities in other countries Law Index 1373 Home Page Capital Markets Authority Law Law No. 7 of 2010 Concerning the Establishment of the Capital Markets Authority and the Regulation of Securities Activity to coordinate cooperation between them. The Authority may also conclude agreements with counterpart entities and authorities in other countries, in accordance with the provisions and procedures prescribed in the Constitution.
