English translation
The licensee shall refrain from accepting new subscriptions from the date on which he is notified of the cancellation of the licence, and may not continue operating from the date of cancellation of the licence except to the extent necessary and requisite for transferring subscribers to another licensee and with the written approval of the Authority.

على المرخص له أن يمتنع عن قبول اشتراكات جديدة اعتباراً من تاريخ تبليغــه
بإلغاء الرخصة ، ولا يجوز له الاستمرار بالعمل اعتباراً من تاريخ إلغاء الرخصة
إلى بالقدر الضروري واللازم لانتقال المشتركين إلى مرخص لـه آخـر وبموافقة خطية
