English translation
The licence shall be revoked if the licensee fails to provide technical means to secure, preserve and store everything passing through it or by its means, whether via the Internet or any other communications network or by any means whatsoever. The licence shall also be revoked by operation of law upon the licensee's liquidation and declaration of bankruptcy, or loss of legal capacity.

تلغى الرخصة في حالة عدم تأمين المرخص له وسائل فنية لتأمين وحفظ وتخزين
كل ما يمر من خلاله أو بواسطته سواء كان ذلك عن طريق شبكة الإنترنت أو
أي شبكة اتصالات أخرى أو بأي وسيلة كانت ، كما تلغى الرخصة حكماً بتصفية
