Article 35 of Telecommunications Regulatory Authority Law

The Board may cancel the licence entirely or a particular service or in a particular area if 1 ) Amended by Law No. 98 of 2015 Law Index 497 Home Page Communications Regulatory Authority Law Law No. 37 of 2014 establishing the Communications Regulatory Authority the licensee commits a serious violation of the licence conditions, the provisions of this Law, the regulations issued pursuant thereto, or the Board's instructions, or wrongfully causes serious harm to others and fails to rectify its situation within thirty days from the date on which a written warning is addressed to it by the Chairman, or delays implementing the Authority's instructions for more than thirty days without a reason acceptable to the Board.
