Article 34 of Telecommunications Regulatory Authority Law

A- Subject to the provisions of clause B of this Article, the Board may decide to amend one or more licence conditions. The following procedures shall be followed in making the amendment: 1- The Board shall serve the licensee with written notice of the amendment, its reasons and the period prescribed for its implementation. The licensee may submit his objection to that amendment within a period of 15 days. If it is rejected, he shall resort directly to the Dispute Resolution Committee. 2- The Board shall invite the objector for discussion and to hear the reasons for his objection. It may consequently decide either to approve the amendment, defer its entry into force or accept the objection. The decision shall be subject to challenge before the competent court. B- The licence conditions of one licensee may not be amended to the exclusion of other licensees if the reasons necessitating that amendment also exist in their licence conditions.
