a- The person licensed to use radio frequencies shall comply with the conditions and standards on the basis of which the licence was granted to him, including the following: 1- The radio spectrum frequencies allocated to him. - The type and specifications of both the antenna and the radio station. 3- The boundaries of the authorised geographical area relating to the mobile equipment station. - The site on which the antenna is erected. h- The competence of the person operating the radio station. 6- Any other technical conditions that increase the effectiveness of frequency use. b- The Authority shall monitor the use of radio frequencies allocated to the licensee. أ - يلتزم المرخص به باستخدام الترددات الراديوية بالشروط والمعايير التي منحت
له الرخصة على أساسها بما في ذلك ما يلي :
۱ - ترددات الطيف الراديوي التي خصصت له.
- نوع ومواصفات كل من الهوائي والمحطة الراديوية.
٣- حدود المنطقة الجغرافية المصرح بها والمتعلقة بمحطة الأجهزة المتنقلة.
- الموقع الى يقام عليه الهوائي.
ه - كفاءة الشخص الذي يقوم بتشغيل المحطة الراديوية.
٦ - أي شروط فنية أخرى تزيد من فاعلية استخدام الترددات.
