English translation
The Council shall, after seeking the views of persons with expertise and specialisation, draw up a plan for the assignment of radio frequencies and review and amend it whenever the need arises, provided that this plan takes into account the national frequency allocation table, the national frequency allocation plan, and the policies and objectives relating to future uses of radio frequencies in the State.

يضع المجلس بعد الاستئناس برأي ذوي الخبرة والاختصاص خطة لتخصيص
الترددات الراديوية ومراجعتها وتعديلها كلما دعت الحاجة إلى ذلك على أن يراعى
في هذه الخطة الجدول الوطني لتوزيع الترددات والمخطط الوطني لتوزيع الترددات
والسياسات والأهداف المتعلقة بالاستخدامات المستقبلية للترددات الراديوية في
