Article 26 of Telecommunications Regulatory Authority Law

The frequency spectrum is considered a national resource whose use the Authority shall regulate pursuant to this Law, and for which it shall prepare the tables, plans and registers necessary for this purpose and provided for in the Law. The portion thereof allocated for civilian uses shall be published for the public. If encroachment upon those frequencies without obtaining a licence is established, the Authority may refer the users to the Public Prosecution for investigation pursuant to the aforementioned Law No. 1 of 1993.
