Article 24 of Telecommunications Regulatory Authority Law

The licences referred to in Article 21, item a, shall be granted by an Amiri decree, and the licences referred to in Article 21, item c, shall be issued by a decision of the Council, provided that this is regulated by a contract of an administrative nature which includes, in addition to any other conditions stipulated in the Law or the regulations issued pursuant thereto, specification of the fees due to the Authority for the licence, its duration, its renewal fees, and any lump-sum or periodic revenues or financial dues that the licensee must pay.
