Article 43 of Telecommunications Regulatory Authority Law

a - The Authority shall establish technical rules and standard specifications for telecommunications equipment and telecommunications terminal equipment to ensure that they do not harm telecommunications networks or services, public health and safety, or the environment. In establishing these rules, the Authority shall coordinate with the other entities that establish specifications in the State, and shall publish them in the Official Gazette (1) Amended by Law No. 98 of 2015 Law Index 498 Home Page Communications Regulatory Authority Law Law No. 37 of 2014 establishing the Communications Regulatory Authority and by any other method of announcement so that they are available to anyone wishing to consult them. b - No person providing telecommunications services or supplying or selling telecommunications equipment may use, supply or sell telecommunications equipment that does not conform to the technical rules and standards specified by the Authority.
