An importer or a person wishing to bring in communications equipment for whom its specifications are announced may apply to the Authority requesting its prior approval for importing that equipment, provided that the application is supported by the manufacturer's manual setting out its specifications, in coordination with the relevant entities.

يتقدم إلى الهيئة طالباً منها إصدار موافقتها المسبقة على استيراد تلك الأجهزة على
أن يعزز الطلب بدليل الشركة الصانعة الذي يبين مواصفاتها وذلك بالتنسيق مع
