Article 83 of Telecommunications Regulatory Authority Law

Without prejudice to the liability of natural persons, a legal person shall be criminally liable if any of the offences provided for in this Law is committed in its name, for its account, or using its equipment or network, and this results from an act, gross negligence, consent or concealment by a member of the board of directors, the manager, any other officer, or anyone acting in such a capacity. The legal person shall be punished by twice the fine prescribed for the offence, in accordance with the provisions of this Law. This shall not prejudice the criminal liability of natural persons in accordance with the provisions of the law. Chapter Twelve Final Provisions
