English translation
In addition to the penalties stipulated in Articles 74 and 75 of this Law, and the competent court may, at the Authority's request, decide to require the violator to pay an amount not less than twice the fees that would be payable for licensing that service had it been licensed, as civil obligations in favour of the Authority.

بالإضافة إلى العقوبات المنصوص عليها في المادتين ٧٤ و ٧٥ من هذا القانون ،
ويجوز للمحكمة المختصة بناء على طلب الهيئة أن تقرر إلزام المخالف بدفع مبلغ لا
يقل عن ضعفي الرسوم التي تستحق على ترخيص تلك الخدمة لو كانت مرخصة
