Article 77 of Telecommunications Regulatory Authority Law

Anyone who brings into the State, trades in, or keeps telecommunications devices that contravene technical rules or bear incorrect manufacturing data, contrary to the provisions of Articles 43 - 45 of this Law, shall be punished by imprisonment for a term not exceeding one year and a fine not exceeding five thousand Kuwaiti dinars and not less than five hundred dinars, or either of these two penalties.
