Article 74 of Telecommunications Regulatory Authority Law

Anyone who uses a public or private telecommunications network unlawfully, connects his network to another telecommunications network without right, obstructs the services provided by other telecommunications networks, or endangers the national interest shall be punished by imprisonment for a term not exceeding two years and a fine not exceeding twenty thousand dinars and not less than five hundred dinars, or either of these two penalties.
