English translation
Anyone who intercepts, obstructs, alters, or deletes the contents of a message through telecommunications networks, or encourages another to perform this act, shall be punished by imprisonment for a term not exceeding one year and a fine not exceeding three thousand dinars and not less than three hundred dinars, or either of these two penalties.

كل من اعترض أو أعاق أو حور أو شطب محتويات رسالة بواسطة شبكات
الاتصالات ، أو شجع غيره على القيام بهذا العمل ، يعاقب بالحبس مدة لا تزيد
على سنة وبغرامة لا تزيد على ثلاثة آلاف دينار ولا تقل عن ثلاثمائة دينار أو بإحدى
