English translation
Anyone who brings in telecommunications devices contrary to the provisions of Article 30 of this Law shall be punished by imprisonment for a term not exceeding one year and a fine not exceeding five thousand dinars and not less than five hundred dinars, or either of these two penalties. Confiscation of the non-compliant devices shall be ordered. Radio waves that do not require a licence according to the International Telecommunications Organization shall be excepted from this.

كل من أدخل أجهزه اتصال خلافا لأحكام المادة ٣٠ من هذا القانون يعاقب
بالحبس لمده لا تزيد على سنه وبغرامه لا تزيد على خمسه الاف دينار ولا تقل عن
خمسمائة دينار أو بأحدي هاتين العقوبتين ، ويحكم بمصادره الأجهزة الغير مطابقه
ويستثني من ذلك الموجات الراديوية التي لا تحتاج الى ترخيص حسب منظمــه
