English translation
Anyone who keeps or operates a radio station contrary to the provisions of this Law shall be punished by imprisonment for a term not exceeding one year and a fine not exceeding five thousand Kuwaiti dinars and not less than five hundred dinars, or by either of these two penalties.

كل من احتفظ أو شغل محطة راديوية خلافاً لأحكام هذا القانون ، يعاقب بالحبس
مدة لا تزيد على سنة وبغرامة لا تزيد على خمسة آلاف دينار كويتي ولا تقل عن
