English translation
a- The Council of Ministers shall issue the regulations necessary to implement this Law within six months from the date of its publication in the Official Gazette. b- Pending issuance of the regulation prescribed in paragraph a of this Article, the regulations issued pursuant to laws in force or repealed under this Law shall continue to apply to the extent that the provisions of those regulations do not conflict with the provisions of this Law.

أ - يصدر مجلس الوزراء الأنظمة اللازمة لتنفيذ هذا القانون خلال ستة أشهر من
تاريخ نشره في الجريدة الرسمية.
ب - إلى حين صدور اللائحة المنصوص عليها في البند أ من هذه المادة يستمر
العمل بالأنظمة الصادرة بموجب القوانين سارية المفعول أو التي ألغيت بموجب
هذا القانون إلى المدى الذي لا تتعارض فيه أحكام تلك الأنظمة مع أحكام هذا
