English translation
The notary shall establish the date of private instruments submitted to him for this purpose by affixing a dated seal to them after recording this in the registers. Certificates establishing the date shall be issued on the basis of those registers.

يقوم الموثق بإثبات تاريخ المحررات العرفية التي تقدم إليه لهذا الغرض وذلك
بوضع خاتم ذي تاريخ عليها بعد إثبات ذلك في السجلات . وتعطى الشهادات
