The persons concerned or their agents shall appear before the notary personally, through the automated electronic system, or by visual communication through modern or electronic means. The Implementing Regulations shall determine the procedures suspended upon authentication in each of these cases, the circumstances in which appearance shall be personal, through the automated electronic system, or by visual communication through modern or electronic means, how it is to be recorded in the registers prepared for this purpose, and all other provisions relating to authentication.

يحضر ذوي الشــأن أو وكلائهــم أمــام الموثــق شــخصيا، أو مــن خلال النظــام الإلــكتروني
المؤتمــت، أو عــن طريــق الاتصــال المرئــي عبر الوســائل الحديثــة أو الإلكترونيــة.
وتحــدد اللائحــة التنفيذيــة الإجــراءات المعلقــة بالتوثيــق في كل حالــة مــن هــذه الحالات،
والأحــوال التــي يكــون فيهــا الحضــور شــخصيا، أو مــن خلال النظــام الإلــكتروني
