English translation
Except in cases where a military serviceman is referred for investigation through his employing entity for a crime occurring because of and during the performance of his security duties, a representative from the legal affairs department of the entity to which the serviceman belongs may, with the approval of the competent authority, attend with him before the investigating authorities.

فيما عدا الحالات التي يتم إحالة العسكري للتحقيق عن طريق جهة عمله
بجريمة وقعت بسبب وأثناء قيامه بواجباته الأمنية يجوز بموافقة السلطة
المختصة أن يحضر معه من يمثله أمام جهات التحقيق من الشئون القانونية في
