English translation
The entity concerned with conducting inquiries and gathering evidence within protected areas in respect of the crimes provided for in this Decree-Law shall be designated by a decision of the competent authority, in a manner that does not conflict with the provisions of the aforementioned Law No. (17) of 1960.
