An obedience action differs in its subject matter and cause from an action for judicial divorce on grounds of harm. The implication thereof: a judgment ordering the wife to enter into obedience to her husband on account of her disobedience is not conclusive as to the very harm she alleges in the action for judicial divorce on grounds of harm.
