Visitation of a child in custody. Its rules. The rule is that it takes place at the premises of the person who has the child. Where this is impracticable, the judge specifies a periodic appointment and a suitable place for visitation. Taking delivery of the minor from a female custodian for visitation is restricted to parents and grandparents only. - The judgment's conclusion permitting the respondent in cassation to take delivery of the minor girl for visitation and return her to the female custodian through an unspecified member of his family. Vitiates it and necessitates its partial cassation in this respect.
