Inadmissibility of a request to amend rights prescribed under the Social Insurance Law after the expiry of two years from the date of assessment or disbursement, except for what is exempted. Art. 108. - The exception does not include commutation of the retirement pension. The effect thereof: inadmissibility of the action whenever brought after the expiry of two years from the date of disbursement of the commutation value. - End-of-service gratuity:-
