Kuwait Court of Cassation principle number 1200

State of Kuwait · Administrative Law · Ministry of Justice — Court of Cassation — Technical Office

English translation of the principle

Recourse to the decisive oath as evidence before the administrative judiciary. Impermissible. The reason therefor: its incompatibility with the nature and procedures of administrative proceedings, and the exclusion of directing it to the administration and, consequently, to individuals, in application of the principle of equality between the two parties.
