Approval of the Personnel Bureau is a condition for employing personnel with skills needed by the country and allocating government housing to them. This approval is not required concerning entitlement to housing or its category after employment under Council of Ministers Decision No. 5/62. Example concerning a request to replace housing designated for an unmarried person with housing for a married person and the employee’s entitlement to the allowance for the latter housing. - Concerning receipt of salary:-

موافقة ديوان الموظفين شرط لاستخدام موظفين ذوى كفاءات تحتاجها البلاد وتخصيص مساكن حكومية لهم. عدم استلزام هذه الموافقة فيما يتعلق بأحقية المسكن أو فئته بعد استخدامه بقرار مجلس الوزراء رقم ٥/٦٢. مثال بشأن طلب استبدال سكن خاص بأعزب بسكن متزوج وأحقية الموظف في بدل السكن الأخير. - في شأن تقاضي الراتب:-Original Arabic judgment citations
