Determination of the criteria and conditions on the basis of which the social allowance is granted to military personnel is regulated by Minister of Defence Decision No. 13 of 1964. Subsequent laws and decisions are confined to amending the social allowance rates for army personnel. - Concerning the housing allowance:-
