A faculty member appointed at the university after the end of the first semester and during the first month of the second semester. The University Director is competent to determine the duration of the summer leave granted to him. Approval of summer leave for the faculty member. Does not deprive him of his salary during that vacation so long as he was at the disposal of the administrative authority and had not legally ceased performing his work. 7- Sports bodies

عضو هيئة التدريس الذي يتم تعيينه بالجامعة بعد انتهاء الفصل الدراسي الأول وأثناء الشهر الأول من الفصل الدراسي الثاني. يختص مدير الجامعة بتحديد مدة الإجازة الصيفية التي تمنح له. الموافقة لعضو هيئة التدريس بالإجازة الصيفية. لا يحرمه من راتبه خلال تلك العطلة ما دام أنه كان تحت أمرة الجهة الإدارية ولم ينقطع حكماً عن القيام بعمله. ٧- هيئات رياضيةOriginal Arabic judgment citations
