State of Kuwait · Criminal Procedure · Ministry of Justice — Court of Cassation — Technical Office

English translation of the principle

Recording the names of the judges who rendered the judgment in its preamble. The absence of those judges' names from the hearing record does not render it defective. - The contrary of what is stated in the judgment's preamble concerning the hearing of oral argument may not be established except by a challenge alleging forgery. - It does not render the judgment defective if it ascertained that the panel that heard oral argument was the panel that rendered the judgment, on the basis of a letter from the President of the Court of First Instance.
