A judgment ruling an opposition inadmissible. It is a procedural judgment. The appeal is confined to it, excluding the default judgment opposed. The reason for this. The two do not merge, unlike a judgment dismissing the opposition or deeming it as never having been filed, each of which merges into the default judgment opposed, and the appeal extends to them.

الحكم في المعارضة بعدم قبولها. هو حكم شكلي. اقتصار الاستئناف عليه دون الحكم الغيابي المعارض فيه. علة ذلك. عدم اندماجهما خلافاً للحكم برفض المعارضة أو اعتبارها كأن لم تكن فإنهما يندمجان في الحكم الغيابي المعارض فيه وينصرف الاستئناف إليهما.Original Arabic judgment citations
