الاعتراف الذي يعوّل عليه. يجب أن يكون اختيارياً. - الدفع ببطلان الاعتراف لصدوره إثر إكراه. وجوب مناقشة المحكمة له والرد عليه سواء أثاره من صدر عنه الاعتراف أو متهم آخر في الدعوى. - تعويل الحكم بالإدانة على اعتراف دون أن يعرض للدفع ببطلانه. يعيبه.Original Arabic judgment citations
