English translation of the principle

The nullity of a search does not preclude reliance on other elements of proof, including a subsequent confession made by the accused. - A confession disconnected from the void arrest and search. The judgment may rely upon it, and it is not affected by the nullity. The court's omission to respond to what was raised regarding the arrest and search or to the challenge to the soundness of the accused's confession during the investigations, as being an unsupported defense devoid of evidence. No defect.
