English translation of the principle

The court's confidence in the soundness of the evidence derived from the confession. Its import. - Coercion invalidating a confession. Its nature: that which extends harm—physical or moral—to the confessing person, affecting his will and inducing him to make the statements he made. - Merely stating that the confession resulted from a psychological state and fear of police officers. Does not constitute a plea of its nullity. Reason for that. Example.
