English translation of the principle
The felony of issuing a cheque without funds to cover payment in respect of a transaction concerning shares conducted on deferred terms. Its adjudication falls within the jurisdiction of the Criminal Court. The arbitration panel provided for in Decree-Law 57 of 1982 has no jurisdiction over it. Basis thereof.
