تقديم المادة المخدرة بغير مقابل في غير الأحوال المصرح بها قانوناً. عقوبتها الحبس مدة لا تقل عن خمس سنوات ولا تزيد عن عشر سنوات وغرامة لا تقل عن خمسة آلاف دينار ولا تجاوز عشرة ألاف دينار. مخالفة الحكم ذلك. خطأ في تطبيق القانون يوجب تمييزه. ٦- تقديمها للغير:Original Arabic judgment citations
