The reason for this. - A secured enclosure, linguistically: that in which property is kept safe. What suffices to establish the means of breaking it. That the stolen item is secured by any means for its safekeeping which must be broken to make its theft possible, whether by placing the property within an enclosed space, fastening it in a place or locking its means of movement so that it cannot be stolen without breaking it. - The judgment’s establishment that the stolen (cycle) was restrained by an iron chain and a lock, that the theft occurred by breaking this security provided for it, and that this suffices to establish the severe circumstance. No defect. Sixth: The nature of the offender’s work and his authority:-
