Necessitates their complicity by agreement in respect of those resolved upon the offence who did not personally commit it. - The judgment's establishment of the appellants' resolve to kill the victim and the second appellant's presence at the crime scene when it was committed. Sufficient to establish the circumstance of premeditation and to consider them jointly liable as principal perpetrators.
