الإجراءات التي يقوم بها رجل الشرطة للكشف عن الجرائم ومعرفة مرتكبيها. اعتبارها صحيحة منتجة لآثارها. شرط ذلك. ألا يتدخل بفعله في خلق الجريمة أو التحريض على مقارفتها وطالما بقيت إرادة الجاني حرة غير معدومة.Original Arabic judgment citations
