The crime of kidnapping provided for in Article 180 of the Penal Code. Established by removing a person from the place from which he was kidnapped, whatever that place, with intent to commit one of the acts provided for in this Article, including indecent assault by deception and compelling him to submit to sexual intercourse by coercion or by using any physical or psychological means capable of depriving him of his will.
