English translation
Whoever abducts a person by force, threat or deception, intending to kill that person, inflict harm upon that person, have sexual intercourse with that person, indecently assault that person, compel that person to engage in prostitution, or extort something from that person or another, shall be punished by death.

كل مــن خطــف شــخصا عــن طريــق القــوة أو التهديــد أو الحيلــة، قاصــدا قتلــه أو الحاق
اذى بــه أو مواقعتــه أو هتــك عرضــه، أو حملــه على مزاولــة البغــاء، أو ابتــزاز شيء منــه أو
