English translation
Whoever abducts a person without his consent, by causing him to move from the place where he usually resides to another place in which he confines him, shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of not less than three years and not more than ten years. If the abduction is by force, threats or deception, the punishment shall be imprisonment for a term of not less than seven years and not more than fifteen years. If the victim is mentally deficient or insane or is under eighteen years of age, the punishment shall be life imprisonment. In all cases, a fine of not less than five thousand dinars and not more than fifteen thousand dinars shall be added to the punishment of imprisonment. )2(

كل مــن خطــف شــخصا بــغير رضــاه، وذلــك بحملــة على الانتقال مــن المكان الــذي يقيم
فيــه عــادة إلى مــكان آخــر بحجــزة فيــه، يعاقــب بالحبــس مــدة لا تقــل عــن ثلاث ســنوات
ولا تجــاوز عشر ســنوات، فــإذا كان الخطــف بالقــوة أو بالتهديــد أو بالحيلة،كانت العقوبة
الحبــس مــدة لا تقــل عــن ســبع ســنوات ولا تجــاوز خمــس عشرة ســنة، فــإذا كان المجنــي
عليــة معتوهــا أو مجنونــا أو كانــت ســنة أقــل مــن الثامنــة عشرة ســنة، كانــت العقوبــة
الحبــس المؤبــد. وفى جميــع الحالات تضــاف إلى عقوبــة الحبــس غرامــة لا تقــل عــن خمســة
