English translation
Any pregnant woman who takes drugs or other harmful substances, uses force or any other means, intending thereby to cause herself to miscarry, and miscarries, or allows another to cause her to miscarry in the foregoing manner, shall be punished by imprisonment for a term not exceeding five years and a fine not exceeding three hundred and seventy-five dinars, or by either of these two penalties.

كل امرأة حامل تناولت عقاقير أو مواد أخرى مؤذية أو استعملت القوة أو أية وسيلة
اخرى، قاصدة بذلك اجهاض نفسها، فأجهضت، أو سمحت للغير بإجهاضها
على الوجه السالف الذكر، تعاقب بالحبس مدة لا تجاوز خمس سنوات وبغرامة لا
