Unroasted poppy seeds which were subject to the prohibition in Article 26 of Narcotics Control Law 74/1983, which authorized the Minister of Health to amend its attached schedules. Their exclusion from this prohibition upon issuance of Minister of Health Decision 321/1987. The implication: this decision constitutes a law more favourable to the accused from its entry into force and requires a judgment of acquittal as a legal ground relating to application of the law more favourable to the accused.

بذور الخشخاش غير المحموسة التي كانت تخضع للحظر الوارد في المادة ٢٦ من قانون مكافحة المخدرات ٧٤/١٩٨٣ الذي فوض وزير الصحة تعديل الجداول المرافقة له. خروجها من هذا الحظر بصدور قرار وزير الصحة ٣٢١/١٩٨٧. مؤدى ذلك: هذا القرار يعد قانوناً أصلح للمتهم منذ نفاذه ويقتضي الحكم بالبراءة باعتباره سبباً قانونياً يتعلق بتطبيق القانون الأصلح للمتهم.Original Arabic judgment citations
