Withdrawal of an offer is permissible so long as acceptance has not been joined to it. An exception is where the offeror fixes a period for the offeree to accept or reject; the offer remains binding throughout the specified period. - Joining offer and acceptance. Its effect. Conclusion of the contract, so neither party may withdraw from it except pursuant to a provision in the contract, the law, or custom.

سحب الإيجاب جائز طالما لم يقترن به القبول. يستثنى من ذلك تحديد الموجب أجلاً للموجب له للقبول أو الرفض فيبقى الإيجاب ملزماً طوال الميعاد المحدد. - ارتباط الإيجاب بالقبول. أثره. انعقاد العقد فلا يجوز لأي من طرفيه التحلل منه إلا لنص في العقد أو القانون أو العرف.Original Arabic judgment citations
